Another Moment I must Bear

I marvel early morning.
Why in this very hour I have to bear
the resonance of this sound
which is more than another silence
just in the corner of the chapel?
I stood to feel again the pain,
To examine its years’ grief
Wondering if that’s really a song of stillness
Or maybe just a music which my heart had mastered
So often I have to recite its peace?
Its rhythm marks the bits of the bouncing sands.
Along the beaches of the summer
and muted by quietness,
every time the sea walks slowly to tap them one by one.
This is another moment which I must stand
The pain that marks within,
They are the only source of my voice
Though it is deft as the leaves along the pathway
But have witnessed the presence of the GREAT seer.
