Contextures
Sometimes in order to know the truth
You have to sift through all the lies to find it.
What is light without the darkness?
The things we want to do but keep not doing?
The right ones against the wrong ones,
They weave a pattern and form a habit,
A checkered image of light and shadows
You and me
With eyes sweeping the page
From left to right, top to bottom to find our center,
Squeezing a context out of different emotions
Trying to understand and make sense.
Angling a bigger picture , diagonalizing
Tucking corners, knotting ties in an attempt at association
And failing…
But failing lends reason for continuity
To keep trying,
Failing and trying…
Truth and lies,
Love and pain…
You and me,
An endless lesson in contexture.
