PRAYER:

                                                           We praise thee, Lord       

Dear Lord, We thank thee:

    For the beautiful morning that greets us

    For the fresh dew that is on grass

    For the cold breeze that keep us fresh

    And the happy birds that sing on the tress

    For the pure hearts who are our friends

    For the kind thoughts that everyone sends

    For the clean words that are truly meant

   For the good deeds and acts that are lent.

Heavenly Father, we pray Thee:

    To guide our path from day to day

    To keep us strong, healthy, and gay

   To make us humble in all we say

   Faithful and true to Thy own way.              

   May we extend a helping hand

   To cheer the needy in our land

   May we speak kind words to every man

  Then happiness will surely reign.
