recitations?

no offense meant to anyone, but i just want to know, why is it there is so much recitation thing going on, on this site? filipinowriter.com suddenly became a classroom, and somehow from my point of view. it took the essence of making this site an interactive writer-reader exchange of thoughts.
why cannot these students just post their comments right after the article: poldong manunulat? they could still see their name with it. they could still track it. why not confine it, right after that article, instead of flooding the site with it?
tinabunan ng mga recitations ang works ng iba pang writer which looks more of a compliance sa klase nila. don't you agree?
i mean, i had been there, a student, writing those essays just to please my professors. and earned my grades. i understand that; but we are not the only ones using this site.
i have nothing againts the writer of poldong manunulat, i admire his work.
but, hey, i don't want to spend my entire online time reading all these recitations. and im a writer myself!
what about those readers only? browsers? are we not chasing them away off this site?
hindi ko na mabasa yung mga literature works ng mga writers na sinusundan ko sa site na ito, when i always look forward to it everytime i go online while checking my e-mails.

My sentiments exactly. The only reason I never said anything was because I didn't want to rock the boat. And if there's anything I'm known for, it's my sense of propriety and my impeccable behavior in the public arena of this here website, ayuh.
Posts as a form of reaction paper for a class is okay. However the posts may look like clones of each other, at least the students bothered to attempt to pretend that they had an opinion on the story. But when your group hijacks the entire Recent Posts section, you're asking for some major snarkage.

No need to apologize. You can use the site for your own purposes. It's just a matter of finding a middle ground, and making the site organized.

no need to apologize; im just asking and hoping to put things in their right perspectives. not only for my sake but for everyone concern; both readers and writers alike...
i have invited friends, even foreigner-friends of the family to visit this site. one of them even log-in to post comments. noid knows that.
there's also some writers' posting on this site who called my attention to these recitations. coz for almost a month now, im always in a hurry to read, only browse. didn't realize earlier the number of recitations going until my overtime at work was over.
again, im hoping that these recitations on-line should be contain where the article is located. and not posted as blogs, so as not to crowd the new literature postings.
to borrow noid's reminder: please cooperate. and may i add, please observe courtesy and consideration to others.
