Stop Corruption and the Illegal Book Tax
It seems the illegal book tax is still alive and hounding the customers this time instead of the bookstores. I think it was Kenneth Yu who brought this to the attention of Manolo Quezon and today the latter featured the issue in his Inquirer column including steps we can take to stop this crime.
