Just click on the "Subscribe" icon of the "Subscribe to FilipinoWriter" block -- or you can go directly to the URL http://www.feedpass.com/FilipinoWriter -- and you will be taken to a page which explains how to subscribe via e-mail and/or RSS.

If you want to subscribe via e-mail, just scroll down to the middle of the page and look for the heading which says "Subscribe via email." Update:
For some reason, the Feedpass link stopped working a while back -- I think it's working now though so you can still use it. So I replaced the subscription process with FeedBlitz which is a faster and easier to follow subscription process. Just enter your e-mail and follow the instructions.
