Eh ano ngayon kung nang-umit siya?
Damang dama ang pighati ng uring manggagawa....
sana bukas ay may Happy Meal ako...(Mc Donalds)

Ang Aking Buhay

ang hihip ng hangiy awit nasa libing
ay tinatangisan ng mga bituin
alapaap kung bakin aking natamasa
ay puno ng hilahil at luha ang bunga
o ang kariktan ay langit ng dusa
at ang buhay koy storyang walang lasa
maging anga agos ng aking batisan
ay nangatuyo nat luha ay nasaan?
ang malilim na puno sa aking likuran
ay nangamatay dit bulok nang datnan

Sa aking puso,
At ang patuloy nitong pagdurugo'y
Sanhi ng aking tuluyang pamamaalam
Sa mundo ng matinding kalungkutan,
Sa mundo ng nakabibinging katahimikan,
Sa mundo ng mga patay.
mae ann is 42 and proud to be. She was a LIRA fellow, an athlete at age 38 with two long distance running medals, a member of Ricky Lee's Katorse. A survivor of domestic violence, she believes that all abused women's lives are not over. She started to accomplish all of the above a year after she ended her relationship with an abusive husband.

if aint for my heart i should not be thinking now.
My mind would not be boggled by uncertainties
that could stained my feelings and thoughts to flinch.
Nothing could be more painful than seeing
the one you love slipping-out into your hands.
Yes, i can dare to be hurt ten times or so
and i would freely take the every pang
just not to let go and missed the chance
to feel love and be loved.

Been cursed to kiss forever
In solitude, consoled
By the love light cast upon myself
Ruthie is a gal from Baguio City who's trying to learn the ropes in Quezon City. She works in an NGO at the moment, and is blessed to have been given the opportunity to solve distressed people's problems. In the process, she learns more about herself and her worth and her role in human liberation and labor vindication.
