The road to fruition

     You reap what you sow or so other's say but I beg to differ. Life is unfair that is a fact we are all born unique. Different traits, different talents but we all have something in common that we share with all living things and that is we are able to achieve death. The achievement of death for lack of a better word is a phenomenon unique only to all living creatures big or small. A rock cannot achieve death because it isn’t alive in the first place all though it changes and does undergo a cycle it is considered non-biotic. Yet us humans consider it as vital part of our civilization we build using rocks and stones. We decorate and furbish even wear it as jewelry and yes we adore them so. Yet we do not consider them as equals they are just mere tools that use in order to accomplish something more meaningful, something that would last through the ages even past the time of our expiration.

As human beings we are able to use non-living things as a means to further our goals and by saying our goals meaning to satisfy our insatiable greed. In truth humans say that they are satisfied because they can’t go any further hence the saying the sky is the limit but we all know sky is not the limit it is only the beginning. It is only a matter of time before we go venturing the vastness of space but our limited knowledge prevents us for under taking such a feat and what we don’t know scares us. Fear is what keeps us in check without it human stupidity would not stop us from blowing ourselves up. Fearless is what we often call people who go above and beyond the standards. They who defy common sense either fail or succeed to risk something in order to gain something better is a tried and tested formula for success.

Our defiance to conform or be subjected to the laws of nature is what truly separates us from other creatures. Humans take whatever they want regardless of their needs we are architects of the law of supply and demand which very destructive if it is implemented to nature because nature is a balance where nothing comes to waste. We as human beings do not exist in the food chain we always say that we are on top of it but in truth we are above it, beyond it. We are omnivores yes but we don’t really care for classifications “I shall eat what please” be it dead or dying flora or fauna  as long as it fits the gape of my mouth then consider it digested.

Dominance that unchallenged rule over the land, air and sea, master of the elements, tamer of beasts, stewards of the earth. What a load of horse shit we are nearing the end we took all the short cuts and now we are running out of roads to traverse. There is always another route people might say but why should we take a detour just ruin it all over again. Why can’t we just take a few steps backwards and try to fix things at least now we may have the technology to fix the mistakes of the past. Why must we always push forward even if it leads nowhere?  Yes we carbon based life forms don’t have forever but that does not give us the right to do everything we wish. Responsibility is a word tossed a lot lately it’s your responsibility to do this and to do that. The truth is you don’t have to be responsible to do what is right. I’m not saying that we need change like what other people are pushing for what we need is to loosen that grip that we have on nature and let it apply some of its laws to us and be welcomed back to that cycle the true cycle of life.
