Naging fellow sa UP National Writers Workshop noong 1990, ang ilan sa mga tula ni Allan ay nalathala na sa Sunday Inquirer Magazine, Philippines Graphic, National Midweek, Diyaryo Filipino, at Filipino Magazine (FilMag). Kumuha ng kursong BA Sociology noong 1991, kasalukuyang naninirahan si Allan sa Novaliches at nagtatrabaho sa isang opisina sa Pasig City.
