VALENTINE'S DAY: FOR SINGLES WHO HAVE HEARTS TOO

Why do we need to celebrate Valentine's Day with a partner? Can't we just celebrate this day with our family and friends? Or can't we just call it a day? Who said this day is only for lovers? Can't this be a day for people who have hearts too?

Most of us are excited when Valentine's Day is almost near. Many lovers plan to go out, eat in an expensive restaurant, watch a movie or go out on a trip. There are lovers who wanted to spend their time alone with their partners. Most men give flowers, chocolates, cards but some men prefer to give something unique for their ladies. In return, the ladies give cards or anything that can express their love for their men. On this day, almost every pair is happy and excited. It's like a Christmas for grown-ups.

When Valentine's Day is coming, you will see different malls with different decorations. There are heart-shaped balloons everywhere you look, heart-shaped cut out papers and even fake and real flowers. Inside a flower shop, you will see many different kinds of flowers and flower arrangements. You will also see men choosing and buying flowers. And all employees are smiling and greeting you a happy Valentine's Day.

But, what if you don't have a special someone to celebrate Valentine's Day? Should you be affected in things that you see and hear? Absolutely not! If you are loveless this Valentine's Day, don't be sad, don't cry, don’t panic and don't let those things affect you. Don't be jealous with people who, despite of being so ugly, happened to have a Valentine's Day partner. Maybe they're just paying the girl to be with them. Show them that you are happy being alone in this romantic occasion. You can live this day with no date. It won't harm you. Go out and show the world how happy you are being single. Despite of being alone, you can still enjoy. Who said that you cannot eat in a restaurant alone nor watch a movie alone? It's not only that you enjoy yourself , you also save money because you only pay for yourself, and that's a lot of savings. Or if you cannot go , you can celebrate it with your family in your very own house. Plan a party and enjoy each other's company .It will be fun that you can bond with them and have a great time. And at night when you're feeling blue, you can have a few drinks with your single friends (and ask yourself why you are single. Just kidding!)

It's not a crime being single specially this day. For sure you won't be beheaded. There are still many more Valentine's Day to come. There's still a chance to have one on the next year. Don't lose hope. It's not important how you spend your Valentine's Day. Or whom you spent it with. What really matters is how you enjoy it.
