WHAT IS LOVE?
( A Poem from the Heart)
Love has different meanings and different definitions,
Different person has different description,
But all will agree that love is a great flow of emotions,
Some might drown, some might be overjoyed.
Some people says that love is blind,
But I will say that is not true from my heart and mind,
Love can see what the person’s inside,
And it cannot be seen through our naked eyes.
Love can perceives your feelings and thoughts,
Without any gestures and uttered words,
Love can sense your weakness and strength,
And it can also be a reason to falter and to stand again.
Some says that it is a great feeling,
Making you happy, making you healthy,
But I could say that it can destroy you as well,
Give you miseries, sorrows sufferings and pains.
Love is like a thief at night,
Who can take you and even your whole life,
He will grab your emotions unsuspectingly,
He will seize your heart unconsciously.
It can lead you to heaven and fulfillment,
But can also leave you alone in the dessert,
It can keep you off guard and defenseless,
But Love can also protect you and give you confidence.
Love can put into trouble,
And it can save you from stumble,
It might leave you vulnerable,
But can make you unbeatable.
You may be the most intelligent person in the world,
But love can make you stupid and idiot,
You may be the strongest person in this planet,
But love can make you weak in an urgent.
Love can spice up your boring life,
But love can also wholly eaten you up,
It can make you smile all day and all night,
But it can also break you and tear you apart.
Love can help you to withstand the storm,
But love can also make you fall,
Love can make your life meaningful,
But it can be a cause of your misfortune.
Love has different sizes and different forms,
Different shapes, and different dimensions,
We are all fair in love,
Coz it is free and a precious gift from above.
I want to tell to each and every one,
That we can set our own definition when it comes to love,
So please bring peace and joy to everyone,
And start to give and share your LOVE to all mankind.

Hindi ko pa nararanasan yan pero sa mga nakikita at nababasa ko, komplikado daw ang buhay kapag may love. Tapos yung iba na nagku-kuwento sakin, hindi daw madali yun kasi madami talagang pagdadaanan pero magmama-mature ka daw talaga kapag naranasan mong ma-in love.
Meron nga akong kilala, matalino siya, maganda, mabait, talentado pero noong nagkaroon na ng conflict sa relationship nila feeling niya ang pangit-pangit niya kahit hindi naman. Nakita ko kung paano siya umiyak ng dahil sa bagay na iyan. Madami na din akong nakitang iba.
Dati nagtataka talaga ako kung bakit iniiyakan nila eh ni hindi naman nila kaano-ano yun. Tapos noong makita ko ang isa sa mahalagang tao para sakin na umiyak ng dahil diyan, doon ko lang mapagtanto na masakit pala talaga kapag nasasaktan ng dahil sa pagmamahal (Hala nag-senti na). Doon ako natutong umunawa sa mga taong nakakaranas ng mga ganyang bagay.
Ako? Hindi ko pa talaga nararanasan yun hehe. Matagal pa siguro bago mangyari.

Hindi pa ako nai-in love... but this poem reminds me of one great love... the unconditional love... based on the documentary film that I created when I was still in school, love is a matter of complementing the strengths and weaknesses of each other... and showing a sample of unconditional love in God's will...

Nabigyan mo ng tamang definition ang salitang " LOVE " pero marami akong tanong sa aking isip papano mo ba malalaman na love na ba talaga ang nararamdaman mo sa isang tao?

I think Love is the most misused and misunderstood word of this generation... and one don't have to have the smarts to know this... one don't even have to look it up in the Wikipedia to be sure of this... just look around and observe... the way we treat people, the way we communicate and the way we act... it's more than sad it's tragic what we all have become, people created in the image of God, that's us and what have we become? It is tragic but not hopeless...I want to share something John Henry Lowett wrote... " There is a love whose measure is that of umbrella, there is a love whose inclusiveness is that of the immeasurable sky. The aim of the New Testament is the conversion of the umbrella into a tent and the merging of the tent into the glorious canopy of the all-enfolding heavens... push back the walls of family love until they include the neighbor; again push back the walls until they include the strangers; again push back the walls until they comprehend the foe."
There are 10 commandements given to Moses in the Old Testament but the greatest commandment is given in the New Testament that is to Love!
