Who said sex is a sacred gift?

There was one time when I saw a churchy youth invitation to a talk. The talk was about SEX AS A SACRED GIFT. I was doubtful about it. So I asked them in a web forum if there's a bible proof about this stand. (Well, I asked them to show it to me in the bible, just like how I ask atheists to show their stand in science, which they're too dumb to do, some even telling me not to connect atheism to scientific or theism knowledge alike, but insists on non-atheism things are yet to be proven, boo-boo, yet to be proven on what if there's no absolute basis ^-^) Anyway they're not bible dummies! They're not basis dummies. They're really good.
But when I read the verses, I found nothing about the sacredness of sex, except for a near candidate, which says sex should be done in the context of marriage. I said, wow, there's really a proof. But why is it that in the other verses, they're telling to keep away from sex because it may cause you to sin? If it's a sacred gift, then why is it that dangerous. Mystery isn't it? And why was a virgin birth required to give birth to the Messiah if sex is a sacred gift from heaven? Nice read.
Anyway, I'll just continue on this one next time....

Sex as a sacred gift.

Sex is integral to the process of reproduction. And reproduction means, to produce a new life and life is sacred. But, we were taught by the Grigoris to pervert that to sexual pleasure, a discovery they themselves have made when they mated with the daughters of men.

I'm sensing either nymphomania or coital deficiency, more of the latter. But anyway I digress. I would have to agree with you. Sex is the reason why complex organisms such as ourselves have survived the harsh process of evolution. The want to have sex is a biological imperative to share our genetic material to produce a stronger, more robust species that can withstand the changing environment. Unfortunately, humans became self- aware, acquired reason and a complex gray matter. Reason tells us to do the right thing while our primitive cortex tells us sex is fun. Here comes the bastion of reason, the Catholic church that is; since then anything even remotely sexual got screwed(no pun intended). That's why we are now experiencing a recurring sexual rebellion every generation or two wherein the present generation accuses the previous one for being too damn conservative. Fascinating story!
If sex is sacred, I envy dogs during summer. You can almost get a glimpse of heaven from their eyes.
