Why You Saw the Account Suspended Message from Our Web Host
Our web host has informed me that our site, FilipinoWriter.com, has been causing high server loads, so we are trying to fix this. If in the future if you see the account suspended message again, it is most probably because of this problem, and rest assured that we are doing the best we can to remedy the problem.
I have already disabled or replaced some blocks to pinpoint the culprit. I suspect -- because I don't use it in any other site -- it was the Latest Literature block which was using an old script from a previous version of this site. I have replaced the block with one from the Views Module, a newer module which I assume has a more optimized script, and hopefully it has already solved the problem. I'm awaiting feedback from our web host. Let's keep our fingers crossed.
In the meantime, continue posting and interacting.

Update: Cause may be spam bots
I now suspect that spam bots are the ones maxing out the connections of the site, and causing our web host's high server loads. For a long time now, I have seen in my Drupal admin logs 'false referrers.' It's just now that I learned what these exactly are -- that is, produced by spam bots to get their links posted through our site's stats page.
In this regard I have installed the Drupal version of Bad Behavior to counter the bots. Hopefully, this improves the performance of the site, and prevent it from going offline often. I'm now awaiting feedback from our web host regarding this measure.
If you are, in any way, affected negatively by this fix (e.g. log-in problems), don't hesitate to reach me at filipinowriter at gmail dot com. Thanks!
