"Will you end a person's life if they asked for it?"
Say a family member or your closest friend is diagnosed with cancer and is going through Chemo Therapy that is so painful, they cannot stand it. They want it to stop and wish to die, and they ask of you to pull the plug or secretly kill them. Would you do it?
Would you do it even if they didn't ask for it, but you just have to go through it because it's becoming a problem for you, financially?
I knew a man who killed his father by pulling the plug, without his father's consent. His father was in a coma, but the money was becoming increasingly heavy to pay and his family couldn't hold it much longer and he was asked to pull the plug. He regret it to this day.
Knowing the cause and effect of killing a loved one, would you do it? Why or why not?

What if the method isn't working and the person is really dying. Would you cut the chase and end it so they won't have to face torture? Or would you insist on your own selfish means to keep them alive?

No! Life is worth living. I would want to help them to out of their pain but I couldn’t kill a person. No body wants a person to suffer but for me it’s better to die a person in a natural way. Many patients who are kept alive by their family and wait for the right time to die. But, Sometimes, people are suffering with cancer asked their doctor or family to just end their life. At kung mahal mo ang isang tao… minsan papayag ka na lang na mamatay siya kaysa maghirap. Depende…. Kung may paraan pa… gagawin ko ang lahat…. Pero kung wala na talaga… then, unnatural death must practice. I agree, no one deserves to suffer… let him die! Pero kung walang perang pampagamot… kadalasan hinahayaan na lamang na mamatay ang isang may karamdaman. Sa totoo lang, kung ako ang mamatay mas gusto ko yong patayin na lang ako kaysa maghirap. Hindi ko kaya kapag ibang tao na… maliban na lamang kung wala na talagang paraan.

I think I can't do it. Simply because it's extremely scary to take away the life of your love one even if they ask for it. I mean, try to imagine that you're really in that position that you have to decide if you'll do it or not. Wouldn't you be really scared??? I just don't have the guts to do it. It's someone you consider a treasure in your life we're talking about here and its not an easy decision to just pull the plug, ryt???

You're right. It's not. I might not also have the guts to do it, but if no one else would, and I see that begging look in his/her eyes, I will have to do it. At least I will be the only one carrying the burden and no one else.

my philosophy in life is that if i have 7 reasons to die, i still have 7 million reasons to live and smile. there are thing worth dying for but much more are worth living for.
i'm under observation for uterine cancer at my young age, but life goes on.
magdasal na lang siguro ang dapat gawin sa mga ganitong sitwasyon. but i think i won't do it. smiles. =)

matter of fact, my best friend and i have a verbal agreement about it. and i wouldn't be guilty because i know, we're doing each other a favor. if only to cut short her suffering, i'll do it. 'yong walang agreement, ibang usapan un. at di valid reason ung financial.
if i have a very serious illness naman, ako na mismo tatapos sa life ko. ayokong maging burden.
